Acheinu (אחינו)

 Our Brothers & Sisters - אַחֵינוּ

The entire House of Israel - כָּל בֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל

Who are found -  הַנְּתוּנִים

In torment - בְּצָרָה

And captivity וּבַשִּׁבְיָה

Whether stationed at sea - הָעוֹמְדִים בֵּין בַּיָּם

Or dry land - וּבֵין בַּיַּבָּשָׁה

May the Omipresent One  - הַמָּקוֹם

Have compassion - יְרַחֵם

On Them - עֲלֵיהֶם

And extract them from torment - וְיוֹצִיאֵם מִצָּרָה

From torment to deliverance - מִצָּרָה לִרְוָחָה

From darkness - וּמֵאֲפֵלָה

To light - לְאוֹרָה

From subjugation to redemption - וּמִשִּׁעְבּוּד לִגְאֻלָּה

May the Omipresent One - הַמָּקוֹם

Have compassion - יְרַחֵם

On Them - עֲלֵיהֶם

And extract them from torment וְיוֹצִיאֵם מִצָּרָה
